noteline update -BANJAR, Hening. Itulah yang mendeskripsikan suasana di depan Kantor DPRD Kabupaten Banjar hari ini, Selasa (31/7/2025), berbanding terbalik dengan rencana aksi unjuk rasa besar-besaran yang digaungkan oleh Barisan Anak Bangsa Anti Kecurangan (BABAK) Kalimantan Selatan.
Rencana aksi yang tertuang dalam surat pemberitahuan nomor 358/BABAK-KALSEL/VII/2025 tertanggal 25 Juli 2025, yang menargetkan 300 massa, rupanya hanya tinggal janji. Ke mana gerangan ratusan massa yang direncanakan?
Kasubag Protokol DPRD Banjar, Fahri, membenarkan adanya surat pemberitahuan rencana aksi tersebut.
Fahri mengaku menerima informasi pembatalan aksi, namun tidak mengetahui alasan di baliknya.
Misteri pembatalan terjawab setelah beredar surat pembatalan bernomor 359/BABAK-KALSEL/VII/2025, tertanggal 29 Juli 2025.
Surat yang ditandatangani Koordinator BABAK Kalsel, Achmad Novel Rosyadi, dan ditujukan kepada Kepala Kepolisian Resor Banjar Kasat Intelkam Polres Banjar ini menyatakan pembatalan aksi penyampaian aspirasi tersebut.
Padahal, dalam surat pemberitahuan sebelumnya, BABAK Kalsel mencantumkan dua tuntutan utama:
1. Pembatalan pengangkatan Dian Marliana sebagai Kepala Dinas Sosial Pemberdayaan Perempuan, Perlindungan Anak, Pengendalian Penduduk, dan Keluarga Berencana Kabupaten Banjar, karena dugaan pelanggaran kode etik ASN.
2. Pembentukan Panitia Khusus (Pansus) oleh DPRD Kabupaten Banjar untuk menyelidiki penggunaan anggaran di dinas tersebut dari tahun 2022 hingga 2024.
Ketidakjelasan alasan pembatalan aksi ini menimbulkan pertanyaan publik mengenai keseriusan BABAK dalam memperjuangkan tuntutan tersebut.
Kejadian ini pun mengundang berbagai spekulasi di masyarakat, meninggalkan tanda tanya besar tentang nasib aspirasi yang seharusnya disuarakan.

The planned action, outlined in notification letter number 358/BABAK-KALSEL/VII/2025 dated July 25, 2025, which targeted 300 people, apparently remained just a promise. Where did the hundreds of planned protesters go?
Fahri, the Sub-Head of Protocol at the Banjar DPRD, confirmed receiving the notification letter for the planned action.
Fahri admitted to receiving information about the cancellation of the action but did not know the reason behind it.
The mystery of the cancellation was solved after a cancellation letter numbered 359/BABAK-KALSEL/VII/2025, dated July 29, 2025, circulated.
The letter, signed by the BABAK South Kalimantan Coordinator, Achmad Novel Rosyadi, and addressed to the Banjar Police Chief and the Head of Intelligence at the Banjar Police, stated the cancellation of the aspiration delivery action.
Previously, in the notification letter, BABAK South Kalimantan listed two main demands:
1. The cancellation of the appointment of Dian Marliana as Head of the Social Service, Empowerment of Women, Child Protection, Population Control, and Family Planning Agency of Banjar Regency, due to alleged violations of the ASN code of ethics.
2. The formation of a Special Committee (Pansus) by the Banjar Regency DPRD to investigate the use of the agency’s budget from 2022 to 2024.
The unclear reason for the cancellation raises public questions about BABAK’s seriousness in fighting for these demands.
